The most important concept behind the BodyFit60 exercise series is the idea of muscle manipulation. When we perform the same exercises day after day, week after week with the same intensity, our muscles quickly become familiar with these movements and no longer show progressive changes like hypertrophy. When the muscles encounter the same exercise stress long enough, the body enters something known as an improvement or strength plateau.
