The PowerBand program takes the fundamentals of free weights to a whole new level by targeting each muscle to respond to strategically planned lifts. The difference is the BodyFit60 variable resistance advantage (VRA). Each exercise set starts with a free weight lifting activity for an individual muscle group with the intensity being pre-determined. Just when you think you had enough, the program introduces the PowerBand where you continue to isolate and hold the muscle contraction in a similar position for an additional 30-45 seconds. This concept is simple yet effective and can be used to achieve results faster and more successfully than struggling with the plateaus and limitations of conventional exercise programs

The PowerBand resistance-training program was designed to push the envelope of total body conditioning! The varied resistance from the free weight exercise to the PowerBand hold manipulates the fatigue index within the muscle to give you the most intense contraction.
